Meticulous Intake Process
To enhance your experience, we've transitioned to a digital intake system, accessible via your booking confirmation email and text. This eco-friendly approach reduces paper use and minimizes contact. Please complete your intake form before your appointment.
Check-In Procedure
Upon arrival at the Old Republic Building, located at 307 N Michigan Avenue, enter through the bronze doors. Inform the lobby guards that you're a "Client for 920" and proceed to the elevators. Exit on the 9th floor and head right to Suite 920, where your therapist will greet you and discuss your treatment needs.
Arrival and Timing
We recommend arriving early to ensure a timely start to your session. While we strive to provide the full treatment time, late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other clients' appointments.
Restroom Facilities
Our restrooms, reminiscent of Chicago's Speakeasy era, are located in the stairways. Men's restrooms are on odd floors, and women's on even floors, preserving the building's original architecture and charm.
Etiquette and Technology
We value the golden rule and encourage you to unplug during your visit. Please set your devices to silent or Do Not Disturb. After your session, feel free to share your experience using #MeticulousMe.

Stay hydrated, especially after your massage. We provide water and offer tips to extend the benefits of your treatment. Our 100% grape seed oil, rich in antioxidants, nourishes your skin. Choose from four signature scents at no extra cost, and allow the oil to absorb for an hour before showering.
Checkout Convenience
For a seamless checkout, payment information is saved during booking. Gratuity can be added at this time, and we also accept tips via CashApp, Venmo, & Zelle.
Safety and Comfort
Your safety is paramount. Our therapist reserves the right to end the session if necessary, with full payment expected. You also have the right to terminate the session if you feel uncomfortable.
